• 2016 – Playtech purchases Best Gaming Technology for €138 million
• 2016 – Playtech purchases the CFH Group. Its name is later changed to TradeTech Group
• 2017 – Playtech launches in Romania with a casino studio that will develop live casino games for online gambling operators locally

• 2021 – Playtech sells YoYo Games to Opera Software for $10 million
• 2022 – Playtech teams up with Ladbrokes to create a TV game content and production partnership
